Consultations and custom projects

• Booking a consultation is free and carries no obligation to purchase.

• Custom work (made-to-measure curtains, blinds, upholstery, and similar) is quoted individually after measurement and fabric selection. The quotation or invoice you receive for your project — including prices, advance payment, timelines, and installation details — forms the agreement for that project and prevails over these general Terms for that work.

• Project timelines shared with you are estimates made in good faith; fabric availability from supplier mills can occasionally affect them. We will keep you informed of any change.

Online purchases

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase; the order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email or message.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. A GST invoice is provided with every purchase. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.

• Ready-made textile products are stitched fresh to order. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for dispatch times, returns, and cancellations.

• We may cancel or decline an order due to pricing errors, stock or fabric unavailability, or suspected fraud. If we cancel, anything you have paid for that order is refunded in full.

• Occasional errors in product descriptions or pricing can occur; we correct them as soon as they are found.

Payments

Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers supporting UPI, cards, and net banking. We never store your full card details.

Your account

If you create an account on this site, keep your login details confidential and let us know at hello@gruhome.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — the Gruhome name and logo, photography, text, and designs — belongs to Incart India or its licensors. Please don't reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, misuse forms or chat, submit false information, or infringe anyone's rights.

Liability

We provide this website "as is" and do our best to keep information accurate and the site available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

Governing law and grievances

These Terms are governed by Indian law, with courts in Delhi having jurisdiction. If you have a complaint about our services, products, or this website, contact our Grievance Officer:
